Creating an Account
Sign up in under a minute with email, Google, or GitHub, then land on your dashboard. · Required
You need an account before you can create a project. Any of the three sign-up methods gives you the same full-access account, so pick whichever is quickest for you.
Sign-up options

All three create the same type of account with full access to VibeMap's features. You can link additional sign-in methods later from your account settings.

Signing up with email
- Open the VibeMap login page.
- Click Sign Up to switch to the registration form.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Click Create Account.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link.
- You'll be redirected to the dashboard, ready to go.

Signing up with Google or GitHub
- Open the VibeMap login page.
- Click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub.
- Select your account, or sign in to the provider if prompted.
- Authorise VibeMap to access your basic profile information.
- You'll be redirected to the dashboard automatically — no email verification needed.
What you'll see after sign-up
Once your account exists, you land on the dashboard:
- Projects list — empty at first; this is where every project spec you create will appear.
- New Project button — start your first project right away.
- Navigation sidebar — reach your projects, account settings, and billing.
- Usage summary — your current plan and remaining generations.

Your free account includes
- A free tier with a limited number of AI generations.
- Full access to every generation type (personas, features, user stories, pages, schema, and more).
- The conversational AI agent for refining your project.
- Export of your generated specifications.
Managing your account
You can adjust your account at any time from the sidebar or the account menu in the top-right corner:
- Profile — display name and email.
- Authentication — link or unlink Google and GitHub sign-in.
- Billing — view your plan, upgrade, or manage your subscription.
- Usage — track generation usage across projects.

⚡ Power-user hints
- Link a social login even if you signed up with email. From account settings you can add Google/GitHub so future sign-ins are one click, while keeping your password as a fallback.
- Watch your remaining generations early. The usage summary on the dashboard tells you how many generations your plan has left before you start a large project.
Troubleshooting
Didn't receive a verification email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm you entered the correct address.
- Click Resend verification email on the login page.
- Still stuck? Email support@vibemap.ai.
Can't sign in with Google or GitHub?
- Make sure you're using the same account you registered with.
- Clear your browser cookies and try again.
- As a fallback, sign in with email/password, then link the social account from settings.
