Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a VibeMap account or using the service at vibemap.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (16+ if accessing from the European Union) to use VibeMap.

2. The service

VibeMap is an AI-powered product specification generator that transforms plain-English product descriptions into structured artefacts — personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, database schemas, page inventories, and file structures. Generated content is produced using third-party large language models including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini). See our Privacy Policy for the full subprocessor list.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vibemap.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for prolonged inactivity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate, submit, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
• Submit personally identifiable information about others, payment credentials, classified or export-controlled material, or CSAM indicators of any kind
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or rebrand VibeMap outputs as a competing service
• Use the service to train, benchmark, or evaluate a competing AI product without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Use the service on behalf of any party or jurisdiction subject to U.S., UK, or EU sanctions

We reserve the right to monitor outputs for safety and abuse. Violating content may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain full ownership of your inputs (product descriptions, refinements) and of all generated outputs you produce through VibeMap. We claim no rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Our service

VibeMap's source code, pipeline architecture, prompt library, brand, design, and documentation are the property of VibeMap and its licensors. No rights are transferred except as expressly granted in these Terms.

6. AI outputs — accuracy and review

VibeMap outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or content that is factually incorrect, legally problematic, or technically unsafe. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production. VibeMap is a planning and drafting aid; it is not a substitute for professional judgment by product managers, engineers, lawyers, security reviewers, or compliance officers. 7. Plans, payment, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months are issued except where required by law. Promo codes are non-transferable and may expire.

8. Rate limits and fair use

Plan limits (projects, daily generations, monthly tokens) are published on the pricing page. Free-tier usage is rate-limited per IP and per email. Abuse of free-tier limits (through multiple accounts, automation, or other circumvention) may result in suspension.

9. Warranty disclaimer

VibeMap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeMap and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account in the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected abuse. Termination does not waive any outstanding obligations.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and/or in-product notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeMap's operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration or small-claims court where available. [Jurisdiction confirmation pending counsel review.]
